Are your products made of real gold? TOP
All the products on our site are made of 925 grade sterling silver plated with a coating of 14kt gold, also known as a vermeil finish. Some of the bangles, when noted, are made of brass and also coated with 14kt gold. What size do I order? TOP

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed and should arrive anywhere between two and five business days thereafter, excluding weekends and holidays. Please contact us for special orders to request expedited shipping. How are my items shipped? TOP
Unless indicated otherwise, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $5.00*. Delivery time is estimated at 2-5 business days and a tracking number is provided to track your shipment. For an additional $3.00 our customers may opt for delivery via UPS Ground.
We currently offer shipping to all international countries via USPS Priority Mail International. The approximate delivery time is 6-10 business days. Our delivery fees for international orders are as follows: $15.00 for Canada/Mexico and $20.00 for all other countries.

In order to assure proper hygiene for our customers, there are absolutely no returns on earrings.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may contact us at returns@bebebling.com for a return authorization number (RAN). Your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a copy of your invoice along with your return code and return the items to our returns department.

Returned items are subject to inspection and must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable. I don't know what to buy as a gift, do you sell gift certificates? TOP
Yes. We offer gift certificates in the amounts of $25-$100.00. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. How do I pay for my order? TOP
At this time, we accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via two gateways Paypal and Authorize.net. Our COD option is only available when picking up your order from one of our locations. Do you accept American Express? TOP
Yes we do. To pay using your American Express card, choose the option of paying through Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to complete your purchase. When will my credit card be charged? TOP
As soon as an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive a notice that an item or items are back ordered, you may choose to cancel the order or wait for the items to become available. Do I pay Sales Tax? TOP
Only orders shipped to an Ohio address will be charged sales tax. Sales tax will automatically be calculated for you before checkout. |
