Product Information
All of our products are sterling silver with a plating of vermeil or rhodium. Vermeil is a 14kt yellow gold coating. Rhodium is a white gold finish.
Our products are nickel free to protect the skin of our precious little divas from infection, discoloration or allergic reactions.
We advise that all jewelry be removed before bathing or swimming to protect the plating and colored enamel.

We're very excited to be a BooYah Baby retailer! Please be advised that Bebe Bling does not ship BooYah Baby products, the items are drop shipped from a different location. Bebe Bling promotions or discount codes may not be applied towards BooYah Baby items.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail at a flat rate of $6.00. Please contact us at orders@bebebling.com for any special requests with regard to your delivery method.

Return and Exhange Policy
In order to assure proper hygiene for our customers, there are absolutely no returns on earrings.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may contact us at returns@bebebling.com for a return authorization number (RAN). Your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a copy of your invoice along with your return code and return the items to our returns department.

Returned items are subject to inspection and must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to do exchanges. If you’d like to replace the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.
If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock.
We are not responsible for lost shipments sent by you, therefore we recommend sending your return via a trackable method.
